Both Microsoft and Google raised business list prices, and one-time-purchase Office versions are reaching the end of support. Each date links to the vendor's notice.

How much did Microsoft 365 go up?
From July 1, 2026, Microsoft's US list price for Business Basic rose from $6.00 to $7.00 and Business Standard from $12.50 to $14.00. Business Premium stayed at $22.00. These are list prices for the plans that include Teams.
When will we see the new price?
Microsoft says existing customers move to the new price at renewal, so the change shows up on your bill when your subscription renews.
