By using our website or asking us to review services, you agree to these terms. Our services are for businesses. If you use them for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it, and “you” means both you and that business.

2. What we do
Wire & Watt runs an independent technology marketplace. We help you compare and switch business services such as connectivity, copper phone line replacement, energy supply, cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, software, hardware and AI, and we keep track of related dates and notices.
We are not a carrier, internet provider, utility or energy supplier, and we do not provide those services ourselves. We work with many providers and do not represent any single one. A provider’s name on our website does not mean that provider endorses us.
3. How we're paid
We don’t charge you for our help. When you buy a service from a provider available through us, that provider (directly or through a partner) pays us a commission, which may continue for as long as you keep the service. Using us does not require you to buy anything.
4. Your contracts with providers
If you choose a service, your contract is with the provider, not with us. The provider’s terms govern the service, including installation, performance, support, billing, renewals and cancellation. The provider, not Wire & Watt, is responsible for delivering the service.
Specialists we work with, or the provider’s own team, may contact you directly to prepare detailed quotes, contracts or installation. Please read each provider’s terms before you sign.
5. Quotes, prices and savings
- Quotes come from providers and depend on availability at each address. Prices and availability can change until you sign.
- We don’t guarantee savings, specific prices, installation dates or service performance.
- Replacing copper lines or changing providers can affect equipment such as alarm panels, elevator phones and card terminals. Confirm the change with the companies that service or monitor that equipment. We’ll flag where that is needed, but we don’t certify code or safety compliance.
6. Information you give us
Please give us accurate information and only send documents you are allowed to share. By asking for a review, you authorize us to share the information and documents you send with providers and the partners who help prepare quotes so they can prepare quotes. We handle your information as described in our privacy policy.
We will never place an order, switch a provider or sign a contract for you without your written authorization. Any letter of authorization is a separate document that you review and sign.
7. Energy supply
Energy supply reviews are available only where state rules allow businesses to choose a supplier, and only in areas we confirm with you first. Supply contracts are between you and the retail energy supplier you choose. Your utility continues to deliver energy, read your meter and respond to outages. We do not quote rates or promise savings on this website.
8. Calls, texts and email
If you agree to receive calls and texts, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call or emailing partner@wireandwatt.com. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you when they are.
9. Website content
Our website is general information for businesses. Dates, notices and figures come from public sources that we link to, and they can change after we publish them. Check the linked source before relying on it. Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, tax or engineering advice.
10. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Submit false information or someone else’s details without their permission.
- Upload files containing malware, or content that isn’t yours to share.
- Scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the website or its forms.
- Use the website for anything unlawful.
11. Intellectual property
The website, its design and its content belong to Wire & Watt or its licensors. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify their services; their use doesn’t imply endorsement or partnership.
12. Disclaimers
The website and our sourcing help are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant any provider’s service.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wire & Watt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the website, our help or any provider’s service. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wire & Watt against third-party claims arising from information or documents you send us without the right to share them, or from your breach of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODOgoverning state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply from then on.
