What is SD-WAN?
SD-WAN is a smart box, or a service running on one, that watches your internet lines and moves traffic to the working one when a line fails. For groups with several locations, it can also connect sites to each other securely.
Do we need a backup line at every location?
Not always. It matters most where card payments, online orders or phones stop when the internet does. We'll help you decide site by site.
Is fiber available at our addresses?
It varies street by street. We check what's available at each address before recommending anything, including fixed wireless where fiber and cable aren't.
Can you put all our locations on one contract?
Sometimes. Where one provider serves several of your sites, you may be able to bring them under one agreement. Where it doesn't, we line up contract dates so renewals happen on your schedule.
What does it cost?
Our help costs you nothing: the provider you choose pays us. Internet service is billed by the provider and quoted per address, because availability and speeds vary. We don't publish price lists.
