What is a cloud phone system?
Your company phone system delivered over the internet instead of from a box in a closet. You pay per user per month, and desk phones, mobile apps and computers all work from the same system and number plan across your locations.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Numbers can usually be moved to the new provider, which is called porting. We confirm each number before anything changes.
Our on-site system still works. Why change now?
Once a system is past its support dates, there are no more fixes, and replacement parts and coverage get harder to find. Planning the move before the date means you choose the timing, not a failure.
Do we need new phones?
Sometimes. Some existing desk phones can be reused on a new system, and some can't. We check your models when we compare options.
What does it cost?
Our help costs you nothing: the provider you choose pays us. Phone systems are billed by the provider, usually per user per month, and quoted for your team. We don't publish price lists.
